FISH AND CHIPS JBIRD

Join JBird’s Chef Jeremy Grandon to learn how to make Fried Cod, Homemade Fries and Slaw. Guests will learn to make the batter, fry the fish, and hear from Chef J about the nuances to making homemade fires as well as homemade creamy buttermilk slaw dressing for a freshly cut slaw.

This is a demonstration and will be approximately 1 hour+. Guests receive full meal of fish, chips and accoutrements during the demonstration and recipes to take home. Space is limited.

Price is $92 and includes tax and gratuity (15 %) and fish and chips dinner.
