St. Paddy’s day was a bit of a bummer last year… Getting shut down and all, but this year we’re open and on March 16th and 17th! Chef Jeremy will be serving a whole new menu full of Shenanigans. Yes, indeed we are getting all Irish in the kitchen. The nachos, they’ll be Irish, the wings and ribs, they’ll be green, just like the beer, the soda bread will be fresh and the beef stew will have plenty of barley (and Guinness). Chef Jeremy learned the corned beef recipe growing up cooking in his Uncle Sol’s Jewish Deli on 15 Mile in downtown WB (really it was a clothing store and Sol was a haberdasher, no matter) it’ll be the best you’ll ever have and we’ll be filling it into egg rolls, Ruebens and serving it up next to some traditional Irish parslied veggies as we cook outside the norm once again!
J Bird will be the place to be on March 16th and 17th – Order some corned beef and cabbage, throwback some green beer and indulge in some stout cake for dessert, or order it to go to enjoy at home!
